Yes, we can print images taken on most digital cameras. We can use .jpeg, .jpg, RAW images and most picture formats. For best results, make sure your camera is set on the highest resolution (largest size) possible.
Do I have to resize or crop my image? No, we do that for you. It is best to send us the original image as it came from your camera and leave the rest to us. You get to see a proof before we print.
What about copyright? If you shot the image yourself, you own the image. It is yours to do with what you will. All photographers and artists featured in our gallery have given their permission for their works to be reproduced and sold through our website.
How can I send you my image? It is easy. Just upload your image when placing your order. Alternatively, you can email the image to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. What is included in your prices? All prices include GST. All canvas prints include: Red eye reduction (if required), A protective clear laminate & UV coating, Image cropping & sizing, Conversion to black & white or sepia (if requested) The “Ready to Hang” price also includes: Canvas stretched on quality timber frame with gallery wrap, mirror image or coloured wrap, Taped and corded ready to hang.
Can I ask a question about my image before I place an order? Yes, ask away. Upload your image or email it to with your questions. We will take a look and come back to you with answers and/or suggestions.
How long before I get my order? It takes around 2 or 3 working days for “Canvas Only” orders and around 7 working days for us to get your “Ready to Hang” order ready to go.
When and how do I pay for my order? Once we receive your order, we will email you a proof. Payment is required when you are happy with the proof and give us the go ahead. • Mastercard or Visa: If you entered your credit card details at the time of placing your order, we will process your payment. What about packaging and freight? All orders are checked and packed carefully before sending. The freight cost will depend on the size of your package and where it is going. We will calculate your freight cost, and include it with the proof we email to you for approval. Our rates are as low as possible.
Where do you ship to? We can send your order anywhere in Australia or outside of Australia. International customers, please contact us for a quote.
